About Anne
Anne discovered her passion for marriage and family therapy while studying at the University of San Diego, and went on to earn her Master's degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles.
She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, and has spent over two decades providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Pasadena and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley.
Treatment is collaborative, not prescriptive. Anne's role isn't to hand you a script for how to feel or how quickly to feel better — it's to help you understand what you're actually carrying, and to build a way through it that fits your life, not a generic timeline.
That approach is grounded in a simple idea: you don't have to have the right words for what you're going through before you reach out, and you don't have to carry the hardest parts of life alone.
Anne works with adults navigating grief and loss, new parents adjusting to the realities of the perinatal and postpartum period, couples working to rebuild communication and connection, and individuals managing anxiety that's begun to shape their daily life. You can read more about each of these on the Areas of Expertise page.
If you're ready, Anne would be glad to hear from you — by phone or email, whichever feels easier.
